About these terms

These terms cover your use of Atyl, provided by Atyl Ltd. Company number, registered address and governing law: to be confirmed.

Atyl helps you plan and specify furnishings: it reads floor plans, applies rules for your property profile, budget and style, and recommends products.
Recommendations, measurements read from plans and renders are guidance. Check dimensions, fit and suitability before you buy.
Where safety or regulatory requirements apply (for example fire safety or licensing standards), confirm compliance with a qualified professional. Atyl does not certify compliance.
Renders are illustrations, not exact representations of products or rooms.

Product details — prices, availability and dimensions — come from retailers and can change. The retailer's listing at the time you buy is what counts.
You buy directly from the retailer; Atyl is not part of that purchase.
Buy links go to the retailer. Atyl may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See the affiliate disclosure for details.
If a product's details look wrong, use “Report wrong item” so we can review it.

Give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow Atyl, and the processors listed in our privacy notice, to process it to provide the service.
Only upload content you have the right to use.

Don't use Atyl for anything unlawful.
Don't try to disrupt, overload, scrape or get around the security of Atyl.
Don't misuse the AI features, for example by uploading content to generate harmful or infringing images.

When online payment is available, Atyl offers monthly plans: Starter £39, Professional £89 and Portfolio £149 a month, paid through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can change or cancel your plan in Profile → Manage billing.
Refunds are handled by the Atyl team through Stripe. A refund does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Pilot access may be granted by Atyl for a set period and ends on the date shown in your profile.

Atyl is in active development. Features may change, and we can't promise the service will always be available or error-free.

You can stop using Atyl at any time and request account deletion from your profile. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
